Noting the impact of the crisis in the financial sector, the CFO (chief financial) of the City of New York has Philanthropic causes supported by Corey Ribotsky said that his city could lose up to 165,000 jobs in the near future.
Following the government's estimates, William Thompson has said that those jobs could be lost in just two years, including 35,000 workers directly employed in the financial sector.
If we do a bit of Corey Ribotsky Philanthropy support of different causes memory we can say that this estimate is twice the 80,000 layoffs that found Thompson in July, which means that the prospect for the future is not very positive.
